New look website!

Hi all, just a quick blog to let everyone know that I have uploaded the new look version of the ponymadbooklovers website with new colour scheme and artwork. If anyone notices any errors or has any probs with links please drop me a line.

Also many thanks to Debbie Tink who provided the pic of the pony reading - she is working on more fantastic artwork for other part of the site which I will be adding in due course.

Website back up

Website is now up and running again. Thanks for everyone's patience whilst I have been sorting out the problems. Hopefully everything will run smoothly from now on. It did last out for 5 years without a problem so if we can manage another 5 years trouble-free I won't be complaining!

Ponymadbooklovers website is down

Apologies to anyone who has tried to access the website in the last few days. It is down due to contractual issues between the web host and the UK internet registry. I have been informed it will be back on within the next week. IT HAS NOT CLOSED!

Hi all, just to let you know about an exciting new competition on the website. Author Michael Maguire is very kindly presenting copies of his books, Mylor the Most Powerful Horse in the World and his latest novel Swftly 2 as prizes for a ponymadbooklovers competition. Both books will be personally signed to the winner by the author! A fab prize - only wish I could enter myself!

The answer is Mylor: The Most Powerful Horse in the World by Michael Maguire, a great sci-fi horsy adventure romp which until now not enough people had read due to its rarity. It was first published in 1976, then reprinted in the 1970s in paperback, but until now has never been reprinted. However publishers AuthorHouse have wisely decided that, due to the books many fans and potential new readers, it is worth a new edition. It has been published in both a hardback and paperback edition and in both the UK and USA. The even rarer sequel, Mylor the Kidnap is also being reprinted!
